Harvesting Peaches And Mulberries

Harvesting Peaches

We continue harvesting two peach mulberry varieties. The mature trees yield impressive large peaches, even without thinning. Our fruit-picking process is efficient, utilizing recycled potato sacks to protect the delicate, hard-to-reach fruits from bruising. We strategically pick the firm fruits, ensuring they last longer in hot weather.

The fruit fly traps have been strategically replaced to guarantee that the upcoming crop of peaches, guavas, litchi, plums, and apricots stays completely maggot-free.

Harvesting Mulberries

We are nearing the conclusion of the Himalayan and Pakistan mulberry harvesting period. The branches of the mulberry are being weighted. Hence, they grow downwards, ensuring an effortless harvest for the next crop and facilitating an accessible collection of cuttings, set to resume next month. The gooseberry, blackberry, red, and black raspberries will confidently ripen over the coming weeks.
