Weeds tend to grow abundantly during the rainy season, but their stronger roots loosen after it rains. To minimise regrowth in gardens and orchards, it's best to pull them out by the roots before they have a chance to flower or spread. In small gardens, avoid ploughing through and covering weeds, as this can encourage them to regrow.
