Last month, we planted a variety of rhizomes, including ginger, galangal, and both yellow and white turmeric, which are now thriving. Our five-leaf and giant purple yams are firmly established and already sending up healthy new leaves.

Jerusalem artichokes have begun to sprout, signalling it's time to divide and replant them for a bigger harvest later in the season. We are cultivating our root crops in spacious containers and polybags to make harvesting and handling more convenient.
