Return and Refund Policy

For physical goods 

Physical goods are tangible goods consist hard copy books, CDs, physical educational aids, plants, scion wood, cuttings, or seeds. For items that are not as described at the time of shipping or damaged physical goods, the buyer can physically return the goods to the seller or by registered mail with tracking information and take money back.

The refund may be in the form used to make the purchase and the money credited to the buyer’s account. Provided the buyer shows proof (pictures) of damage within 48 hours of receiving the physical goods. The refund will not include return shipping or transport costs. The return or refund request process can be raised via email or an automated system.

For digital goods 

Digital goods refer to the goods that are used, delivered, and stored in a digital format.  They are shipped to the customers electronically through email, or they can download the products. There is no true return in the case of digital goods like goods bought through this website. As they are downloadable, they remain in possession of the customers.

However, suppose the buyer shows evidence that the digital goods do not function within 48 hours of purchase. In that case, they can get their money back, and the support for that product is withdrawn, and automatic updates features will be removed. 

Subscriptions and Membership

Subscriptions and membership may be returned within five days of purchase, with deductions for transaction charges. In addition, the subscription or membership may be cancelled at any time to prevent auto renewal after the subscription or membership period ends. The return or refund request process can be raised via email or an automated system.

For perishable goods

Perishable goods are items whose quality deteriorates with time due to environmental conditions. They include fruits, flowers, vegetables, etc. There is no return or refund in the case of such goods as they do not remain usable after a period of time.
