Rhubarb ‘Victoria’ is a reliable perennial with thick, rosy-red stalks and large green leaves. Its tart stalks are used in desserts and some savoury dishes; only the stalks are edible. NB: Leaves are not edible. Plant in fertile, well-drained soil, keep moist, and mulch.

Growing Conditions
Plant rhubarb ‘Victoria’ in fertile, well-drained soil, ideally in a sunny location, although partial shade is also tolerated. Space crowns or divisions about 90 cm apart. Keep the soil moist and mulch to conserve water and reduce weed growth. Do not harvest in the first year to allow roots to establish.
